Difficult to find the place. Located in nondescript bottom floor in Marriott. Upon arrival we learned that we were assigned an electrict vehicle. This destroyed our plans to drive long distance due to charging time. No other cars were available!!! no disclosure that electric car is even a possibility.

Not having to wait so long during pick up. 20 minuts. Also during drop off could not find anyone in the office or out back for 15 minutes even though cell phones were on the 2 desks.

This was my first time using Avis and it was the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the location I used in San Antonio. It was a short walk from my River Walk hotel (near the Alamo) and the staff were great!
