Didn’t get the car I was supposed to get. I was supposed to get a small compact like a Chevrolet Spark or similar and instead got an SUV. I tried to reserve a small car because it would be better on gas. It also costed more and I suppose I got the dealers choice instead. Good clean car and newer model but did not get what I reserved.

We arrived to pick up our vehicle, only to find out that the rental office was closed, despite the sign on the door stating that they should still have been open, according to their hours. We had to wait until the nest day to pick up our car, despite having been charged for the first day. Drop-off was extremely unprofessional, and left us worried that we might have been caught in a scam. A handwritten note taped to the rental office window had a number that we had to call. A man came without any clear indicators that he actually worked for the company and asked me to show where I'd parked, at which point I handed over the keys and he left with the rental car. We never received a receipt or any confirmation that the car had been properly returned. It's been two days and I still have yet to hear from the company. I wouldn't recommend this rental company to anyone.

The final cost at the counter was around $120 more versus the price on your web site. The reason according to Ace personnal was that your system don't include all the taxes. I didn't get an invoice at the counter neither at my email has supposed to verify price and taxes The car was damaged and no copy of the damages report was available for the customer. I had to take a picture of report to protect me of being charged for damages done prior to taking the car.

Never even got the car. They called me up on the morning of the reservation to ask "if I still wanted the car". I couldn't answer because I was on a flight. I called them back and they said they gave the car away to someone else and they canceled my reservation. In addition, they couldn't provide me with an alternative or another car. Absolute joke.

The original rental was supposed to be picked up from the airport and you changed it on me to downtown. I did not realize that until I arrived in Vancouver. You had put that on the original document, but I did not see that initially.

This location was in downtown Vancouver and the parking garage smelled of urine, it was quite dirty and the staircase area smelled of urine and other disgusting smells. Pickup location was not clear. Office closes after 5. The staff was very accommodating, very helpful and checkin was very pleasant. Got good $$ value for what I got. I had booked a midsize SUV, it wasn't available to they gave me a minivan and a $50 credited due to inconvenience of not getting what I booked. There are no gas station in the near vicinity so plan a gas fill up much in advance. I ended up paying $33 for 1/10 th tank of gas that i was short.
