Was renting a car for 2 days and was told i couldn't rent the car because i didn't have insurance. The whole reason for my car rental was because i didn't have a car. Got the collision package in case anything happened but it was pointless if i couldn't get the car. Wasted money for no service.

Economy Rent a Car were the ones who fixed my issue, while Kayak could not be reached. I will never do business with kayak again. No customer support what so ever as you make it so difficult to talk to someone to resolve booking issues.

I finally made it to my gate after a poor travel day to Ft Lauderdale; a local storm delayed many flights from getting in or even moving on the runway. So by the time I was finally off the plane; the airport was mobbed and there was water on some roadways making traffic even worse. After seeing Economy didn't have a desk at the airport I was a little worried, but the shuttle came in a very timely manner and then I was thrilled to be well taken care of at their relaxing off-airport-property. Manny at the desk made sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of before leaving in a clean and smooth running vehicle. Drop off was just as smooth! I didn't get any names beyond Manny but everyone was kind and I felt very taken care of; and for a great price! Thank you Economy Rent a Car Ft Lauderdale.

The low cost was amazing and the speed with which they process the pickup and drop-off is the best I have experienced. I rent a lot in Fort Lauderdale and this is the best price and best service I have had in Fort Lauderdale.

I wasted several hours and over $60 in Uber fees due to a screw up by Hertz and Priceline. But worst of all, once I tried to contact Hertz and Priceline no one was able or willing to help me. It was among the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
