Aweful experience. Never again. Arrived at airport and there were two employees behind the desk, only one actually processing people. Over 50 people waiting in line and one employee announces it will be up to a 3 hour wait for a car after getting processed. Few minutes goes by and another announcement that it will be 6 hours before getting a car. Asked about my car that I already prepaid for and I was told to get an Uber to a hotel and come back later.

First and last time I rent with Dollar. I have no idea if it was Fort Lauderdale, but I had to stand in line for 2 hrs to get to the counter. Over 150 people on line and only 3 clerks, RIDICULOUS!. And once you get to the counter, another 2 hrs waiting to get the car!. I stand on line at 12:36pm. Got to the counter at 2:36 pm and finally I got my car at 4:37pm!! Ahhhhh!
