Our customer service woman was great, very friendly & personable!! The ONLY issue we have is that she said she was upgrading us & we didn’t feel as though the car she put us in was an upgrade. Other than that everything was perfect!! Would definitely rent from Hertz again!

Took an hour to pick up rental car. Only 2 people in front of me in line and they did not have complex situations which would merit lengthy customer service time. Also was downgraded from a premium car without any further discount.

Car we received reeked of smoke, we couldn’t use it. The second car was older, also smelled of cigarette smoke but tolerable. Second car was much older and check engine light came on shortly after pickup.

Had an issue with the drop off due to a change that was made to a location which is no longer open. They charged me another day of use as I had to go back to the first place I supposed to give it back late for obvious reasons.
