Pick up location did not have the vehicle requested. They called to inform me. which was nice. Pick up location was wrong. They gave me the number to call to fix it. Assured me not to be concerned as this mix up does happen often, and easy to fix. Called the number, instead of correcting, they said they have to cancel and rebook my reservation again which caused a significant price difference. When shared my disappointment, they gave some discount which out really explaining. Dismissive. Staff at pick up, did not know about the electric (Tesla) cars. Did not provide the L2 charging adaptor. Hertz 800 Phone system hangs up when you select to talk to the local staff option. Drove back to rental place to get an adaptor. Was told to go look for it in all the other tesla cars in the lot and see if I can find one. After 3rd vehicle I gave up. Drop off was fast. Hope you share this with Hertz.

Well I reserved my car for 12, but when I got to the location they were at lunch. I waited 45 min for nothing as I was told when they got back I was at the 2nd location within the casino and needed to go to the other. Well they didn't have my card. The customer service agent was great, but I had to wait another 1.5 hours for my car to be ready. That sucked

We didn't get the model when booking, most importantly it has a defective front passenger window, it broke a few days after picking up the car, just by opening the door. So we drove back to Las Vegas, after a 4-hour trip. They wouldn't give us compensation for the gas or our time to return their defective car. Plus, nobody was "responsible", they kept telling us to call the hotline to address our concern, which when called kept telling us to address it with the office. I would definitely not book again with hertz nor recommend it, quite the contrary...
