We got in a little late and the gentlemen at the counter was very kind and patient to wait for us to get things organized. He was supposed to close the counter and stayed open a little later for us. I don't remember his name but do remember he was from Massachusetts. Getting the car was super quick as well.

Enterprise was fantastic. East to pick up the car and return it. The car itself was very nice. The only stressful part was the very long line waiting for the shuttle to the airport from the rental return. This was not unique to enterprise and was true for all of the rental companies at that airport.

Never even got to get a rental.. Paid through kayak and was told using a third party was a big mistake by Dollar. They wanted a $500 deposit bc I had a debit card. Ended up losing money and using a different car service called Turo.

We arrived at 12:30am and, along with several other customers, to discover they had no cars despite all of us having reservations. They locked the doors & wouldn’t talk to us for awhile, then told us all to come back the next day. We had to take an Uber 45 minutes to and from our hotel. Will not use them again- terrible customer service. What is the point if a reservation if they don’t hold a car for you!?

Rental car rates have become outrageous. But then, to pay that much to rent a car and then have to wait for nearly an hour in line to pick it up after you have flown for hours and still have a 3 Hour Drive ahead is ridiculous.

I was denied a car because I did not have a foreign license. I booked while I was overseas and but have an American license. They refused to give me a car. Then I had to go through a long process to try to get the money back. Still have not received it and it’s been nearly 1 month. Will never book with Avis/Budget again.

At pick up the guy at the counter wanted me to rebook because I have a California Driver’s license even though I got the car rental with my booking with British Airways and when I told him I live in the UK he doubled down. I showed him my UK driver’s license and itinerary confirming I was returning to the UK. He begrudgingly had to give me what I had already paid for and didn’t bother telling me there was a QR code to expedite exit instead I had to get in a very long queue. On return the attendants to receiver the car were very nice and helpful however the process of closing the booking involved having to wait in queue with people who were picking up their cars and then when I finally got the counter the guy didn’t know what to do and had to ask for help from his manager.

The wait to get a car was very long, and when I was at the counter I could tell why: the computers are very slow. I also was charged for a full tank of gas even though I filled up the tank before I returned it. I’m not sure how I’ll prove it (though there is the charge on my credit card at a gas station near the drop-off location), so I’ll have to remember next time to have the drop-off clerk check the gas level gauge to confirm it’s full the next time before I take off.

Really appreciated how easy and fast the car reservation process was, both online and in-person when we arrived. Friendly and helpful agents, everything was smooth at check-in and check-out. We were grateful that they were open at 3 am when we arrived at the airport! Hours of operation, plus friendly and professional customer service made for an overall positive experience.

The pick up process was against aggravating, for some reason they were asking for two forms of picture ID, and at the end ended up accepting a non picture ID as my second form of ID. They angered me for no reason. So right off the start I regret renting with these people. I rent cars often and this was the first time this has happened, must be a budget thing… so never again

When I made the reservation, I was told the cost expected at pick was over $300 cheaper than I 2qs told Athens I checked in. This was a huge setback for my and it cost me not only hours of my time but more financial resources.

We rented a car at Budget. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us straight to the car rental facility. Our car was brand new and very clean. We had a similar experience for drop off and everyone rode comfortably and safely. I will definitely rent from Budget again.
