Very happy with the service and the vehicle
All was good: very helpful staff
The pickup was not smooth. No cars were available and they had only a large pick up truck and had to return later that evening. Took over an hour to get a vehicle (long wait) and the only saving grace was the counter staff as they were great but clearly overwhelmed with the lack of availability.
After the first day of our rental there were electronic problems in the Ford SUV had problems. The staff of National were helpful in replacing the car with another. Check in and check out were both done efficiently.
