The Thrifty staff went well beyond the line of duty to assist us. The car we received was an upgrade because of complications that they tried to resolve. I don’t think you can ask for better service than someone hanging around at 2AM at the airport to rent you the car.

the price was quite elevated compared to other times i have rented, other than the price it was a great car and the service was amazing

We were upgraded as the car requested was not available and it was a very comfortable car. The staff were very friendly and understanding as our flight was delayed getting in and I was worried we would not get a car (but we did). Thank you

After spending 1 hr on the phone with a Thrifty representative the day prior to my car pickup to advise that my flight was delayed, I was told on arrival that my reservation had been cancelled because I hadn’t arrived on time. Thrifty was unsure that they could find me a car. After all other customers had been cared for they addressed my issue and found a car. The car they gave me hadn’t been cleaned. I had booked the car months in advance and had prepaid for it. Totally outrageous service.
