Friendly, helpful staff. Good pickup and drop off. Car was in excellent condition. Unexpected and unexplained charges nearly doubled the cost of the rental.
How does Sixt handle parking tickets?
The agent at the desk was very competent and helpful in preparing us for Danish driving. He upgraded us when requesting GPS, explained how to use it and provided tools for using the tolls. The vehicle was first class.
Friendly, helpful staff. Easy pickup and drop off. Car in excellent condition. When the bill came in there were two unexpected and unexplained charges that nearly doubled the cost of the rental. We are contesting them but it’s a big headache.
Had no problems with vehicle. When I went to the airport to drop off the car, there was no one there. I found a box to drop the keys off, but I don't recall receiving any instructions regarding this.
