Behind the house there is a garden where visitors are welcome to do their barbeques. There is a table with 4 chairs and a canopy. So you can bask in the sun while doing your barbecues, or work on your computer in the open fresh air. Street parking is reserved for residents and visitors so there is no traffic congestion.
