The property is equipped with a Noise level monitoring device which will alert the owner if the sound approaches that of a ‘party’ type noise level. It cannot record sounds of any type including conversation it will alert property owners when sound levels approach go over 70 decibels for more than 5 minutes. It also has a crowd detector and will advise when more guests than are booked arrive. Guests must agree to use the property as a home but be respectful to surrounding neighbours with sound levels. Please be aware that we are on the top floor and there is no lift. Also, some of the apartment is facing a road so expect some distant road noise.
