The seats are incredibly cramped for a business class product. Small tv screen and little flexibility to recline/get comfortable. A larger passenger would struggle to be there for 10 hours.

Waiting room at the gate was very warm. The overall experience on their Dreamliner was very good. The crew were all fantastic.

The plane was packed and economy seats are awful. So little room and impossible to get comfortable. Both my husband and I are small people. I don't know how large people stand it. It is such a loonngg flight to be crammed in like that. We will seriously rethink any more flights like that. It is a shame that flying has become such a miserable experience all, from the moment you enter the airport until you escape at the other end.

My experience was better than the ride from Vancouver to Auckland. Less people on that flight so I wasn't sitting by people. I felt a bit squashed between people. Not very roomy. and always cold. why? As I stated work, a t-shirt, wooly sweater and feather jacket, with the NZ blanket covering my legs, much warmer to sleep than the Vancouver to Auckland flight. Where I was dressed as warm, just a t-shirt and feather jacket, with thermal stockings. felt colder in that flight. Slept less. Everything else was lovely, loved the vegan options, and the attendants always lovely and cheery thank you. Plus a lot more entertainment options, really liked that. Thank you
