The staff was mostly very friendly. The flight was a bit odd because it seemed some passengers were moved around a lot. Also I had impression that the staff were more willing to speak with passengers who were visibly likely to speak Mandarin, where I felt myself less frequently engaged by the staff, as someone who doesn’t appear likely to speak Mandarin (I do, but I do not look like a typical Mandarin speaker)
