Everything was great except we had an incident with a lockout. We’ve never had an electronic key that could be locked in the vehicle. We called AvIs to get the door handle code and they declined to help.

I mistakenly scheduled my vehicle pick up two hours late. My rental was not ready, but the clerk offered me a larger SUV immediately for a slight increase in the price. It was a useful suggestion because I was worried that the SUV I had reserved was too small. So, it was constructive and worked out well.

Pick up was smooth and the service great. The only negative was the fact that I was not told that the office would be closed on drop off. Not a big deal but the return time was listed at 5 pm And they knew that the office closed at 4 They should have advised re: protocol for drop off.😯
