I reserved and paid for a SUV and received a tiny version of an SUV, very small rental for a very expensive price, horrible customer service, if you ever want to reach the rental location, it takes you to customer service in Mexico, horrible experience, will not re-use nor recommend AVIS. Almost missed my flight.

To have more agents working. When we arrived on the day of Sept 18 around 4:40 there was one ticket agent and 13 people in line waiting. Took approximately 40 minutes to be seen.

I like the car and the service, Customer service was fast and car replay for pick up. Perfect timing. I took the car trough Kayak and offer of $103 unlimited mileage and end up being charge by Avis $212.01 no explanation of the change in price and charge, I did not like this, and I'll never get a car with Avis never again.

Didn’t get the compact car I reserved. The cruise control that I rely on was iffy. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Great fuel efficiency.

There was a very long and lengthy line up at the counter for Avis pick up, when we got the vehicle, it was still super dirty, stains and spills all over console, dash and steering wheel, windows very so greasy it was hard to see out of at night, we had to spend 2 hours to clean the car..... not very impressed.
