We had to wait in line for over an hour to get the car. The car we rented was not available so we got a larger car, which we didn't really needed. The inside of the car was clean but the windows were still dirty.

Waited over an hour in line just to pick up the car. About 6 reservations windows set up but only 2 were manned at a time. Then one agent would take a hour an hour break.
