The service was fine but if I had known the rental place was so far away from the airport I wouldn’t have rented there. I was also charged for a second driver and toll fees which I wasn’t expecting…
Company charged $800 for a one way fee which was not mentioned in the reservation
They need more signage at pick up point…the safe was mostly friendly but they had some sort of situation that had them behind when I arrived so I waited almost an hour to be helped even though I had filled out all paperwork on line and uploaded all necessary documents. Once I got the vehicle- it was beautiful and the staff that delivered the car was the nicest person!! When I returned the vehicle, the place was closed so I had to arrange for an Uber, which #1, the location is in a little bit of a sketchy area and #2 I don’t like getting an uber by myself as a single woman… but the key drop box was easy to see and the uber driver was very pleasant. I think if you accept a drop off before your hours, someone should be there and shuttle provided. Even though I had no issue other then waiting and the drop off, I will probably rent from the terminal since they are there and no shuttle would be needed if my flight hours differ from their operational hours.
The price was a great deal however, the car was not cleaned out. There were two cups of food still in the arm rest in addition to chocolate being on numerous areas of the car. It was a quick turn around in receiving the vehicle so the food in the armrest was a surprising miss.
Off site facility, sat in a hot box waiting for a shuttle that never came. From now on I WILL ALWAYS RENT DIRECTLY FROM AIRPORT AGENCY!
