I had a reservation and when I got to the counter in Ft. Lauderdale I was told my reservation was cancelled. When I called the main number for Fox Car Rental they said my reservation was not cancelled. I went back to the Ft Lauderdale counter and they still said my reservation was cancelled. I never cancelled my reservation and was very disappointed with the poor communication this company has. A Fox representative on the phone says I have a reservation and the airport counter says I don’t. I was very annoyed and frustrated and wound up renting from another company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOX CAR RENTAL TO ANYONE—BE CAREFUL

The car was dirty on the inside The windshield wipers were not working The brights did not work The car had over 50,000 miles on it and clearly had not been maintained properly The amount charged for the sun pass was rediculously high The vehicle felt unsafe when driving in the rain at night
