Of course the prices are higher now than what they use to be, however, I did a lot of shopping around and Kayak had the best rates. I would have preferred a different midsized car for the long drive we had rented the car for. It was more of a compact. I know they are low on cars right now but there were others available. The car was extremely clean! Overall the experience was good and I would rent again from Kayak/Hertz!

I could not find my driver's license, so I was not able to rent the car after having made a reservation in advance. I COMPLETELY understand and agree that it was my fault. However, because the car was not taken out of the lot, I should not have been made to pay the insurance or taxes, etc.
