Cons:They should’ve had the vehicle I signed up for in advance ready and available for me. Also there were too many add on fees when I arrived to pick up vehicle.

They didn’t have a car, there was nobody at the rental desk. Apparently they ran out of cars and closed early. No sign. Nobody to call.

Unfortunately the counter was very busy when we got there & I had the feeling they were short staffed. Waited at least 1/2 hour at the counter & the same amount or more waiting for the car in the garage.
