This location was filthy dirty. I could not see anything over the counter. The attendant just said sign here, and sign here initial here...but didn't explain what I was signing for. There were no chairs., no bathroom and it was very shady. It was not professional,. The car was older with dents and no navigation. I do Not recommend this place. I'm warning everyone to stay away from this place.

Everything was a great experience, did have to switch out the vehicle at first had way to much wear and tear damage, second vehicle was great! Upon returning the shuttle that brought us back to the terminal did not leave us at the terminal we needed to be left but when we were picked up there were people in the shuttle being dropped off at their correct terminal drop offs, this delayed us making us lose time for checking in for our flight disappointing but again besides that everything was great!

Check in was long. Spots were not clearly marked. I actually put my stuff in the wrong car, then had to walk around the lot for a few minutes to find the right car. The cars horn was really soft (compared to my own car) when hitting the lock button…making finding the car a little more challenging. Otherwise, the car was great, the price was reasonable and the check-in was efficient. I would use Routes again.
