We booked last minute so are appreciative of the fact we got serviced at all. But when I called the provided number to enquire about waiting time I was told they will be with us in 45 min while it was actually 2 hours waiting at the airport without any further communication. The guy who finally dropped the car then forgot to hand us the key before he left. Worse of all, we paid online but then were told payment has not gone through so were asked to pay before pick-up again. Ended up being charged twice and we are still trying to chase these money.

Douny very friendly person but we buy insurance for a different company when I get there they don’t cover for what you guys need little problems for that everything else good !

It was was a terrible experience! They took my money like a scam, posted fake ads, and forced me to pay hidden extra fees. I’ll never rent from them again and I’ll warn everyone to avoid this company
