I wanted to change the drop-off location instead of the 114 5th Avenue CALGARY downtown I wanted to drop-off at CALGARY Airport but for that they were charging me more.

Car available on time. Easy pick up and drop-off. Car was dirty on the exterior with several scratches. Had to remember to take pictures of the scratches at the beginning of the rental and then email them to the Thrifty at the drop off to ensure we weren't charged for the scratches.
