Took a long time at airport to get vehicle. The van I ordered was out of stock so we got a free upgrade to a large suv which was dirty inside. But over all thrifty was easy and worth the money. Drop off was very easy.

I was vey dissatisfied with the vehicle I was given. When I requested a 7 passenger rental I was told it would be a Pathfinder or similar. I was given a VW Tiguan. It was small with no trunk space. We were cramped and our time in that vehicle was terrible. I was very disappointed and felt I did not get my money's worth in that vehicle. It was a miserable experience.

Pros:very friendly, and an easy drop-off

Cons:The only problem was the pick-up, 2hrs and 45 minutes was a very long time to get our car, we were supposed to pick up our family they had to take an Uber and actually got to our Resort before us.....other than that everything worked out fine
