Poor communication when picking up vehicle. Of course they don’t have anything in the vehicle class you reserved for, so I did get an unfortunate upgrade. I was handed GM keys and told to walk the aisle and use the remote to find you vehicle, which was a Yukon XL. Perfect for one person. Now I know when I have my family with me why there are no family vehicles. Return was great and very friendly

Counter staff were very friendly and efficient. Very quick process. Lot attendant was waiting for me and took me to my car. I drove out of the airport approximately 15 minutes after picking up my checked bag. Check in on return was even quicker.

The vehicle was fine, but there were cockroaches somewhere in the door. Kept seeing them when you'd first open the car door. The check-in/drop off and billing were straightforward.
