Rental agency required to show proof of insurance declaration page, even when I showed a valid insurance card which clearly showed full coverage (comp, collision, liability etc). They tried to force their insurance on me, and overheard them telling a non-english speaker they needed to take it, despite them having insurance too. BS! Car was terrible and needs to be removed from their fleet. Its worth paying a little extra to avoid this company!

Do NOT rent from this company. Everything is a scam and they will nickel and dime you for every single thing. If you do not have one of their “approved” insurances, they force you to buy theirs for $400 or else they will not rent you a car, despite having a confirmation. The shuttle took more than an hour to pick us up from the airport. They gave us a car we did not reserve (small car) then made us pay an “upgrade fee” for the car we had originally reserved. It is not on the airport premises and is incredibly poorly run. Look elsewhere!!

Shuttle bus did not have sufficient capacity, left people stranded. Check in process was lengthy (2hrs from arrival). Weird processing on verification of insurance- non standard from rest of car rental industry. Car was not clean on inside. Multiple times required photos of Personable identifiable information (non standard). Employees did not have a valid explanation for their process. Return took too long as well. Did not instill trust in the process.

Very slow to get car upon arrival at rental kiosk. Drop facility in Miami in sketchy area and chaotic to drop car off.

Rip off! If you don't have "enough insurance" they charge you more than double your daily rate. Then tack on fees for tolls. And their deposits are dependant upon whatever they feel like that day. The lady next to me had to pay a thousand dollar deposit! Horrible experience. We ended up paying almost 4 times our original price. Everyone there was getting ripped off like that.
