Antigua and Barbuda has suspended all incoming flights until June 1, 2020, except those with a special approval. Any passengers arriving on such flights are subject to a 14-day quarantine upon arrival. Travelers arriving from the Dominican Republic may still enter the country. They must have been quarantined for 14 days prior to their departure, and will need to self-quarantine for a further 14 days upon arrival in Antigua and Barbuda. Flights to Antigua and Barbuda will be resuming starting on June 1. Upon arrival, all travelers must wear masks and must go through medical screening, present a completed health declaration form, and have a medical certificate stating a negative coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued within 48 hours before arrival. Travelers without a valid medical certificate will be quarantined for 14 days or until they test negative for coronavirus.
