Pros: Crew excellent, especially as they dealt with delay due to earlier medical event
Cons: Not really. Although pushback delayed, arrival was 10 minutes early
Pros: worst airlineEVER , canceled the flight did'nt offer any help
Pros: The flight happened and no incidents on the flight.
Cons: Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport.
Cons: Not much. Outside influences not under their control
Pros: Helpful friendly crew, good menu choice and informative of where we were flying over (to settle an argument!
Cons: Cold drinks not so cold...
Pros: Friendly crew and quick boarding.
Cons: Delay was annoying.
Cons: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.
Pros: Crew was great! Food was actually very good! However seats are very tight in the economy class...I’m 5’6” and 130lb and had a hard time during the 10,5h transatlantic flight..
Cons: No complaints about anything but the seats on this particular aircraft: Boeing 777-300ER... very tight!!! Ok for a few hours of flying but not for an 11 hour flight!!!
Pros: Boarding was efficient and the crew were nice.
Cons: the seating is horrible. it was the tightest seating I've ever experienced.
