This company is a scam. Despite the fact that I had proof of insurance, they demanded that I show the declaration page of my policy. Of course nobody carries that around. I have been renting cars for many years and proof of insurance is all that is ever required. So they said that in order to rent a car, I would have to buy $46 worth of insurance from them. I left and rented from another company. Please issue a full refund plus an additional $50 for lost time and aggravation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I was shocked with my experience. I will never use green motion again. Period. I am disappointed in Kayak for even offering them as a provider. The process to pick up my car was an hour. I didn't want. It was the actual process. Horrible

It was literally a horrible experience! I called the office two days before I arrive in Turkey to make sure they had a vehicle ready for me but the lady on the phone wasn’t sure of anything she said they cannot guarantee me the class and the size of a vehicle I’m looking for (which I reserve months ahead because I was coming with my family and five luggage is )so I canceled it. I even called them and email a complaints.But got no where The person name Asmin Yoldas from Customer relation was not helpful at all. I recommend you guys don’t partner with this company. They are very unprofessional they don’t hold up to their name for sure.

my deposit I have not received yet, she sage a week after I handed over the car. i had to give the car back because i had to pay a lot extra for klm. Max 3000 klm you can drive for 30 days. Turkey is a big country, so there is 1000 klm for a beautiful place (he who clean the car was the best employee). read carefully what comes as a surprise. Herz Istanbul airport branch gets your credit card info and charge you extra money saying it's a mistake and try to hold that money up to 1 month. Main Herz company does anything about it.
