The agent at the counter at LAX didn’t realize that I had TSA pre-check so I had to go back down and get a new boarding pass. Also, I had booked with Japan Airlines but was booked with American Airlines that only allows one piece of luggage instead of two. I had to pay $100 for the second piece of luggage which I will have to pay for again on the way back. Not happy,

Delay and communication was bad... Ended up sitting on the plane for over 3 hours and lost my evening in Tokyo with no compensation for mechanical

We loved our flight attendant on the flight to Osaka. He was wonderful! Local guy and super friendly and helpful!!
