Here’s a polished, concise version of your review: ⸻ Overall, a solid flight experience. Boarding was quick and efficient, even with a full (and seemingly overbooked) flight. The flight crew did a great job providing attentive and friendly service throughout. I flew in economy, and while the seats were acceptable, they could definitely use more cushioning—especially for a long flight. By the end, it was quite uncomfortable to remain seated. That said, everything else went smoothly, and I appreciated the professionalism of the crew.

Terrible chaotic boarding in Tokyo!…. 6 agents , I line Plane speakers awfull could not hear pilot or flight attendant , crackling and low volume of voice Food C- Old plane Buisness class seats uncomfortable , too narrow No mattress cover for 14 hr flight Toilets , dirty smelly Will not take JAL AGAIN

Japan airline is courteous, professional and incredible kind. The service was top notch. Everything went smoothly from checkin to arrival
