Japan Airlines is the best, their flight attendants and employees at the counter are so nice and accommodating, my wife forgot her jacket on our flight and an hour before we boarded our connecting flight they found it and got it back to us; you don't see that kind of service anymore. Their seats are comfortable and the food well-made. Always a great experience flying JAL.

The agent at the counter at LAX didn’t realize that I had TSA pre-check so I had to go back down and get a new boarding pass. Also, I had booked with Japan Airlines but was booked with American Airlines that only allows one piece of luggage instead of two. I had to pay $100 for the second piece of luggage which I will have to pay for again on the way back. Not happy,
