Our flight was delayed because of a sudden change of aircraft. This flight has been changed many times before the actual flight date, and still encountered the problem on the day itself.

Terrible. They didn't transfer my ticket so there was no money tied to the ticket. They hung up on me multiple times and then said they cant help cause the flight left. The flight left while I was trying to get assistance from them. Garbage and I will be filing reports to the DOT

Flight was good. Always a little more organization at the boarding area would be great. But flight was comfortable arrived on time. Worth doing again!!!!

I got a free upgrade to business class. Lots of leg room. And the seat next to me was empty. So on a 10.5 hour flight that was a big help and a big deal.
