There is a good staff. I had an issue with my seat as they appeared to have given it away. The boarding process was longer than most flights I have taken.

The food was good and well served. Our only concern was charging stations were not functioning as we have paid and upgraded our seats.

We never took the flight as it was diverted from Seattle to Seoul South korea. We had to stay overnight and fly out on a different Airline the next day.
