We had a reservation but were not allowed to take the car for some obsure reason. They had not enough cars for the day after and we booked a car with drop-off location in another state. That was agreed upon during the reservation. We had to leave without a car of solution. Very poor service and this would be the last company I would think off when renting a car. Good thing we were able to get service and a solution with the competitors at Avis. They were very kind, offered a great car with great package including drop-off in another city in another city without any hassle.

I think the only thing that could be improved is showing the features of the automobile before driving off the first time. But in all fairness, no rental agency does that

The car rental agency is quite aways from the airport, but the shuttle van was waiting for us at the airport and delivered us to the agency without any problems. Car was ready, no waiting. Everything went smoothly.

Car and rate were honored. Shuttle from airport was ready and only 20 mins. Only waited about 10 mins for car. Negative was I needed to extend a few days and they required me to drive to location to sign a new piece of paper - would have been better to simply do it over the phone or on an app. Very nice people and appreciate that always as life is not fun when dealing with unpleasant people -

Despite being listed as Jackson Airport, it is actually 20min away from the airport in downtown Jackson. Staff were also fairly pushy about upgrades and such.

Even it is not an airport pickup/ drop off but it is only 15-20 mins by its shuttle to Jackson hole downtown. The car they gave to me was very new, clean and good condition. We had a great time.

We had issues in Jackson. There was no registration in the car and we got NO rental paperwork. I went back inside and was told we didn't need any paperwork. When we dropped off the car yesterday, we were told we were an hour late and it would cost us an additional $300-! We had no idea that we had a specific time to drop off the car (in Billings MT); we spent an hour in Billings just driving around and could have dropped the car off had we known we had a specific time to drop it off! I was told a manager from Avis would call me tomorrow to talk to me about this. The car was wonderful. The guys in Billings were empathetic about the situation.

The staff was very friendly and quick. The car’s tire inflation sensors were malfunctioning. I was informed of this but all tires were good. I got a flat in a very inconvenient place adding over an hour to hurried schedule.

Location is not at airport. For people, who go to the national parks, and I believe most do, it means a loss of an hour when picking and an hour when dropping the car. This fact should be better shown on your website. Car type was not available and replacement was a bit deceiving: I was told, and contract showed, I'll get a prius instead of a corolla, but received a camry with a higher gas consumption, but the deception was not professional.

Terrible experience. Outright deception because the rental showed as an airport pick-up..did not say shuttle..but implied on site. False!! A number of people were tricked, as I was. Then Van to downtown Jackson Hole 15 miles away and was a 40 minute wait. The rental office was embarrasing, a dirty, dingy DUMP. Can't believe that Kayak would every offer such a rental!!!

Large dent in tail gate which was not put on walk through. Noticed after left rental and felt had to return to inform rental agent less be charged for damage after having car for a week. Was time wasted on my part which could have been avoided.

Rented a Camry, got a Suburban. Great upgrade. Counter guy was great. Suburban looked as if it had NEVER been washed - bugs all over it / not bug season ! Windows DIRTY inside - very dirty. Interior overall dirty Returned before 3 pm on a weekday - no one to check in the vehicle. I took the keys and mileage to the desk - different guy. Counter agent busy talking to a guy and couldn’t stop to check me in - no customers waiting. He indicated that he would check in the vehicle and email my receipt within an hour (receipt needed for business reimbursement). As you can imagine…I still don’t have a receipt.

We were given a Chrysler minivan in exchange for a full size front wheel drive car. The minivan was very comfortable and the ride was smooth with excellent cruise control. We enjoyed having it for nine days.

They gave me a PRIUS to drive in Wyoming in March. This vehicle has a very low clearance and is a hybrid, so is a lighter weight vehicle. I reserved a STANDARD sized car. I asked for an alternative, and was told there were no other vehicles. The employees were very nice, but could not help me with providing information about the use of this car. In my opinion, giving someone a PRIUS in Wyoming and March is a lousy thing to do.

We tried to change the place for the car return. The first time we called it was supposed to be $25. The second time we called (we needed time to think about it) it was supposed to be $175!! That was more than we paid for the car! We paid a different amount than what I was told when we ordered the car online. The car didn't have the carseats we ordered so we had to go to a different budget location to get the seats! That was very annoying. Service was not good, people were unfriendly and not helpful.
