This was my first time renting from Enterprise, so they set up a profile for me when I rented the car. Even with the profile set-up, it did not take long to get my rental vehicle. The vehicle was clean, and Enterprise included a snow brush in the vehicle, which is a necessity this time of year. Returning the vehicle was also hassle free. I am very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went.

They treat you like you have done this a million times. This was my first time renting a car. They didn’t bother to tell me when I reserved my car that I would have to put and extra $500 on it. I could have been prepared. I was dropped off and had no one there to help me if I didn’t have the money to move around. I asked for the smallest cheapest car. I got a NINE passenger boat! Will definitely check out other places if I need to rent a car again. 😞

I reserved a Fiat or similar. A Hyundai is not similar which is all they had. The woman at the counter was not pleasant. I returned the first car before I even left the parking lot because the smell of smoke was so bad. The second car also smelled of smoke and I found out the next morning when someone was about to back into me that the horn didn't work either.

Was overcharged with fees. Fuel tank was almost empty when I got it but was told it was full. Filled it up a little higher when I returned it. Told them about it and still got charged extra for fuel!!

The moron at the budget counter ran my card twice without telling me, which led to it being declined twice for fraud detection. He didn’t allow me to talk to my bank and tell them that i was traveling before running the card a second time, which resulted in me not getting a car at all. It was midnight and all other car rental places were closed at that point. I then had to uber and hitchhike to my friends wedding. A disaster. Never using budget again.
