They lost my luggage A seat comfort was horrible. I could not even recline my seat because I was given route 13, which apparently is the exit or there was not extra legroom so I was very restricted with no comfort.

Are Lingus itself was fine but the boarding was a bit confused and messy. The two step boarding was just frustrating with no obvious purpose. They started by boarding by specific rows but it soon became apparent that was not being enforced and then it was just a free for all.

Haven’t met a nicer staff on a plane! There was in flight entertainment, good food, and overall a better experience than we were expecting.
