The Air Baltic flight we had connecting to this one was delayed over an hour, so we missed the this flight. Only compensated with a €5 voucher, which only covered a drink or a muffin, since airports are so stupidly expensive. There was also only one shop still open, as we had late flights. Luckily they rescheduled a flight (or it arrived incredibly late? Not sure, didn’t get confirmation), so we didn’t have to wait until morning to get a flight home. Still should have been in Tallinn by 00:05, but didn’t get there until after 03:00. Also, this is the first time I’ve been on flight that was delayed this much on which we weren’t given at least free drinks. However, this is typical of Air Baltic. They rarely even apologize when they have delays or cancellations, and they very often do. One of the worst airlines around, but living in the Baltics, we don’t have a lot of other choices, unfortunately.

worst boarding experience ever, the agent would not allow family boarding. was super rude and would not provide his name.

eDreams charged us double the amount, fake illegal charged. promised us business class but put us in economy. worst company and service ever. they need to be shut down
