Our car reservation was 30 miles from the airport. Enterprise wound up canceling our reservation and we had to get a last minute car from Dollar. The price difference was doubled. We made the original reservation weeks ahead of time in good faith. We flew half way across the country and almost had our vacation derailed because of some online miscommunication. Between third party bookings and Enterprise’s horrible customer service I will definitely be making my vacation plans differently next time.

I could not get a car cause I did not have flight information. I did not need flight information I was trying to drive the car out of state and they would not let me do a one way option.

I you have car damage Thrifty will charge you daily rental for the days the car is in the shop which could be over a week. I have never seen this before and avoid Thrifty in the future for this reason.

They didn't have cars, wait was over two hours. Gave us a much smler vehicle then we had rented but still charged us for the larger one. Refuse to answer any of our emails about fixing the charge. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB when I get home.

Vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned (still had trash in it from previous users). Cracked windshield. Not enough customer service people to service customers in a timely manner (particularly at pickup).

Renting from the airport was $$$$, but it always is. My agent at the Avis counter was a delight. I had mis-booked not from the airport and she found a car for me. So grateful!

The pick up was fine. They gave me an old and worn Chevy Tahoe after telling me there were no other options on the lot. When I went outside to find it, it was literally sitting next to a brand new model. I went back and said I preferred the new model and they let me switch, worked out in the end but very annoying.

Everything terrible. Long lines. Slow employees. The car was not ready after 2 hours of the pick up time.. It was dirty . Then they washed it after I rented it. The car with a crack in the windshield. With external damages. I had to take pictures in order to avoid problems because They didn’t disclose it. There was later a sign to take the car to maintenance . I decided to take the car because I had loaded 7 suitcases and my family was desperate after waiting that long
