The $200.00 deposit that will not be returned for a week plus is ridiculous. I returned the car on time. They did their visual walk around. No damage of any kind. In the future I would only use them if they were the only company that had a location at the airport.

I chose them because it said they were in the terminal. Upon arrival I found they had closed down at terminal two and that I needed to take the tram to terminal one. After doing this I found that they closed down at 10 pm. Attempted to phone but could not get through the automated system to a live body to ask what to do. I rented with another company and then found that they charged me the entire amount and then later said that I owed a 200$ penalty for not canceling. They later dropped it after I contested the charge with my credit card.

They told me I paid for a full tank of gas when I picked up the vehicle that wasn’t even the vehicle I wanted then charged me for gas after I dropped it off and I still haven’t received my deposit back yet
