This never happened since Cathay Pacific changed my ticket without letting me know till I got till the gate. I have had to wait till midnight to board a flight to Chicago then fly to St Louis
Delayed flight. I missed my other flights due to the delay but Cathay Pacific didn’t help to ease my burden of rebooking my missed flight. I am extremely frustrated.
As expected in a typical American Airlines trip. I find their boarding process to be very efficient.
We had a horrible and rude flight staff. There was one man in particular who was extremely rude and appeared almost racist to my partner. Not the best premium economy experience we have had.
Pros:On time. Very professional. Staff works hard. This was the longest flight I’ve ever done; 16.5 hrs and I can’t tell you how great everyone at Cathay Pacific was. They made a difficult flight quite bearable. That’s saying something.
