Boarding is a joke. No one wants to check a bag because they have to pay. Everyone has a suitcase. Slows things down. Half the time they don’t change the section they are boarding.

Okay. The wifi kept going in and out. The boarding process continues to suck, like all airlines I think. Still miss the orderly boarding before the changes.

I liked how easygoing everyone was and in tuned to detail. I especially loved how the flight attendants did what they could to help some parents keep their children calm and safe the entire flight. That meant a lot.
