Boarding was disorganized. Loved the staff.

I needed a seatbelt extension, my bag didn't fit in the overhead, so even though I was is the first row, my Bach was in the 14th. We purchased 3 seats and while the seats were available at the time, we weren't seated together

2.0 Poor

Boarding is a joke. No one wants to check a bag because they have to pay. Everyone has a suitcase. Slows things down. Half the time they don’t change the section they are boarding.

Okay. The wifi kept going in and out. The boarding process continues to suck, like all airlines I think. Still miss the orderly boarding before the changes.
