Excellent vehicles for great price. Could have more shuttles or larger shuttles to carry larger groups with luggage

I like most the cleanliness of the car.

The car made an insane vibrating bass sound that people could hear from outside, it sounded like there was some black market subwoofer in there. I rented this car to attend my grandfathers FUNERAL. I’m in the procession sounding like I’m blasting bass filled music! I tried to call them to be like what on earth and they never answered. When I returned the vehicle and reported the noise to them they were like “oh yeah we know about that, this type of car is probably going to get recalled because they all make that noise.” Seems like something one would mention BEFORE. Also took like 45 minutes to get the car because they had one person at the desk and the people in front of us didn’t have a shred of the details they needed so there was just a line forming behind them. Also the car was overdue for an oil change by THREE THOUSAND miles and the car kept sending an alert about how the oil life was at 0%. When I told them this when dropping off the car they were just like “oh yeah we know”

They said pickup was at the airport. It is not. You have to walk 1/3 mile with your luggage to take a shuttle to their place which is 15 minutes away. I waited thirty minutes for the shuttle and finally gave up and rented from another company.

Location of vehicle was a bit far from airport but shuttle service was very good!

Handling of costumer at the desk was very poor. I was denied for the car I had booked and after wasting one and a half hour at desk we were upgraded. There policy was not clear.

The easiest and friendliest car rental process ever! Booked online for Nelson Airport pickup and return Feb ‘24. Cheerful and helpful man at the desk. No surprises. Smooth process. But be aware that there is an extra surcharge for the airport ( ours was $45).

They gave me a ride back to my hotel after I returned the car....

Watch out this company. They are total scam. After booking the car online, I was tried to get charged extra $600 for nonsense insurance. I wasn’t informed by the insurance when I was booking the car. I cancelled my booking and they still charged me. I am taking legal action and I don’t eant anyone getting effected the same scam. Go book it from big companies, it is much more cheaper

Pick up and drop off was fast and professional! Great value for the car size and rental time. Shuttle service to the airport could be better. We waited almost a whole hour after dropping off our vehicle.

This rental agency is a scam.

pick up time was quite long but it was a busy day and I just missed one bus so 30 mins wait for the next. Better instructions to locate the bus would help

Despicable

This company is a scam. Despite the fact that I had proof of insurance, they demanded that I show the declaration page of my policy. Of course nobody carries that around. I have been renting cars for many years and proof of insurance is all that is ever required. So they said that in order to rent a car, I would have to buy $46 worth of insurance from them. I left and rented from another company. Please issue a full refund plus an additional $50 for lost time and aggravation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

It would be nice to know which make and model car you are reserving and which features would be available. The vehicle and staff were satisfactory otherwise.

It was such a pleasure walking into the Rent-A-Car company, and immediately accosted with a beautiful smile and offer of coffee or drinks. What a pleasant experience.!! Everyone was delightful. It's the little things that make people want to return to a business offering a service. I will definitely talk about my experience at six with all my friends and I will definitely rent from them again.

Rented a Mercedes Benz in Miami and rain started to pour, I discovered that car didn’t have the blade in windshield wipers! It was missing and the wiper on the passenger side was not working!! Very dangerous!! Had to record a video because it was incredible to get a car in such poor basic condition. Very disappointed

The time taken to get the vehicle was proficient, and the vehicle was clean and as described.

The pick up location did not honor the price you gave me and they have yet to return the full deposit
