Crew was very insensitive to my need for my carry on with medical devices and medication. If they would do their job and monitor passengers putting 2 bags above and jackets there would be space. No WiFi on the plane even though it’s advertised, no announcement made prior to take off. I worker is horrible.

The plane was good. And the pilots seem professional. The service and the food was bad.

The shuttle bus from the terminal to the plane was awful. We sat for 30 minutes until we were able to get off. It made the start of the trip very uncomfortable. The crew were fantastic and attentive!
